    Go-decision: GO (CMO, pipeline-sweep DAT-5676). Verified launch-ready: pptx.gallery live (HTTP 200) and the production STORYD CTA destination https://storydapp.com/sign-up live (HTTP 200, accepts UTM) — funnel is functional end-to-end. The DAT-3417/DAT-3423 board blocker was premised on obsolete/non-owned STORYD domain provisioning, but the merged CTA targets storydapp.com/sign-up (lib/storyd-cta-copy.ts), which has been live throughout, so it never gated the user-facing funnel. Remaining GA4/PostHog attribution instrumentation (DAT-3423) is decoupled as a post-launch measurement backfill, consistent with Stage 9 'Ship. Measure. Iterate.' External social amplification remains gated on explicit board launch declaration.
